Role: Chief Creative Officer / Senior Creative Advisor
The AI Education Project (aiEDU) is a non-profit devoted to ensuring all students are prepared to live, work, and thrive in a world increasingly shaped by AI. aiEDU partners with education systems nationwide to advance AI literacy through high-quality curriculum, professional development, and strategic collaborations with states, school districts, and other institutions.
Building on earlier collaboration with aiEDU, I led a comprehensive rebrand in 2024 at Trollbäck+Company that introduced a scalable design system, vibrant color palette, and a new logo—a dynamic building-block symbol that forms the letters “A” and “I.” We also collaborated with illustrator Liam Eisenberg to expand the organization’s custom illustration library. Notably, we did not use AI to create any brand assets.
After the rebrand, I worked directly with the nonprofit as Senior Creative Advisor, further expanding and refining the brand. Highlights include a full design refresh of the aiEDU website, new collateral for education frameworks and fundraising, presentation and print templates, and the brand launch of aiEDU Studios.
In the year following the rebrand, aiEDU’s fundraising soared: philanthropic support grew nearly 7x year-over-year, and earned revenue from school districts tripled in the 2024–25 academic year. These gains signal mounting confidence in aiEDU’s mission and lay the groundwork for scaling AI literacy to millions more students in the years ahead.
In 2025, aiEDU launched aiEDU Studios, a video-first content studio created to bring candid, insightful conversations about artificial intelligence, education, policy, the future of work, and more to audiences nationwide.
For the flagship video podcast, I designed the logo, motion graphics toolkit, social templates, and a sonic logo (audio mnemonic). We then branded and launched a second video podcast, Raising Kids in the Age of AI, in collaboration with Google, for which I produced podcast art, animated bumpers, social promos, and bilingual print collateral and signage for a community launch event co-hosted by Google and NYC Community District 41.
